Web Development for Dammam, Khobar and Dhahranالدمام

AidleTech builds websites, B2B portals and custom software for businesses across Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran, working remotely from India. Most Eastern Province work is industrial and B2B: capability sites, supplier portals and internal tools. Marketing sites start at SAR 7,000.

The Eastern Province is Saudi Arabia's industrial engine, and the digital briefs here look different from the rest of the Kingdom. Less consumer retail, far more B2B: capability sites that have to survive a procurement review, supplier portals, quotation systems and internal tools that replace a spreadsheet somebody has been maintaining for nine years.

How we work with Dammam and the Eastern Province clients. We work remotely from Kozhikode, India. Projects run over video calls, shared boards and a staging site you can check daily, and our hours cover the full Gulf working day. The Eastern Province is UTC+3, two and a half hours behind our Kozhikode office, which covers your full working day. We quote in SAR.

The Dammam and the Eastern Province market

Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran form a single metropolitan area built around oil, gas, petrochemicals and the contracting economy that serves them. Aramco and SABIC anchor a deep supply chain of engineering, fabrication and industrial services firms. Those companies rarely need a flashy site, they need one that makes them look credible to a procurement officer and a back office that stops losing quotations.

What changes when you build for Dammam and the Eastern Province

Procurement-grade credibility

In the Eastern Province a website is often read by a procurement officer checking whether you are a real supplier. Certifications, project history, capability statements and downloadable documentation matter more than motion design.

Bahrain proximity

The causeway makes Bahrain part of the same working region, and plenty of Eastern Province firms trade both sides. We build with that cross-border reality in mind, including currency and contact presentation.

ZATCA (Fatoora) e-invoicing

Saudi e-invoicing applies here too, and for B2B firms with high-value invoices it usually needs to talk to an existing accounting or ERP system rather than living in the website alone.

Internal tools over storefronts

More Eastern Province projects are internal than public: quotation builders, job tracking, document control, supplier onboarding. These are software projects, and we scope them as software rather than as pages.

Why Dammam and the Eastern Province businesses work with us

We build the boring things properly

Quotation systems, supplier portals, document control and job tracking. Unglamorous software that removes a spreadsheet somebody has been nursing for years.

Sites that survive procurement

Clear capability statements, project history, certifications and documentation, structured so a procurement officer can verify you in two minutes.

Integration with what you already run

ERP, accounting and document systems are already in place in most Eastern Province firms. We integrate rather than insisting you replace.

What it costs

Dammam and the Eastern Province questions, answered

Do you have an office in Dammam or Khobar?
No. We work remotely from Kozhikode, India, with clients across Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran. Our hours cover the Saudi working day and we quote in SAR. For projects that require an in-Kingdom registered supplier, we will tell you at the first call rather than waste your time.
Do you build B2B portals and internal tools, not just websites?
Yes, and in the Eastern Province that is the majority of our work. Quotation builders, supplier onboarding, job and document tracking, dashboards that pull from existing systems. These are scoped as software projects with a proper discovery phase, not as page counts.
How much does a custom internal tool cost?
Custom software is quoted per project because the range is genuinely wide, a single-purpose tool and a multi-role platform are not comparable. What drives the number is the number of user roles, how many existing systems it has to talk to, and any compliance or data-residency requirement. We give a fixed quote after discovery.
Can you integrate with our existing ERP?
Usually yes, if it exposes an API or a database we can reach, or can export on a schedule. We have integrated with mainstream ERPs and with a fair amount of custom in-house software. We check feasibility during scoping and tell you plainly if the integration is not practical.
Do you work with companies in the Aramco supply chain?
Yes, typically on capability sites, bid microsites and internal tooling. Expect procurement and compliance review to add time to the schedule. We plan for that rather than promising a timeline that ignores it.
