What we offer.

ZATCA Phase 2 integration

Connect your invoicing, accounting or custom system to the Fatoora platform: UBL 2.1 XML invoices, cryptographic stamp, QR code, device onboarding (CSID), clearance for B2B and reporting for B2C, tested in the ZATCA sandbox before go-live.

ZATCA-compliant POS

POS systems for retail and restaurants that issue simplified tax invoices with the Phase 2 QR code and report them to ZATCA within 24 hours, with mada, Apple Pay and STC Pay terminals connected.

Odoo implementation & customisation

Odoo set up for Saudi accounting and VAT, Arabic invoices, ZATCA e-invoicing, and custom modules where the standard apps do not fit how your company works. We are an independent implementer, not an official Odoo partner.

ERP for trading & distribution

Purchasing, multi-warehouse stock, landed cost, customer price lists, credit limits and sales reps' mobile ordering for trading companies in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.

ERP for small business

A lean ERP covering sales, purchasing, stock, invoicing and VAT for companies with 5 to 50 staff, without paying for modules nobody will open.

Integrations

ERP connected to your ecommerce store, Salla, Zid or Shopify, payment gateways, banks and shipping carriers, so orders, stock and invoices stop being re-typed.

Built with.

How we work.

01

Technical discovery

We map requirements, data models, integrations and compliance needs before estimating a single sprint.

02

Architecture

We choose the stack, infrastructure and hosting region, including in-Kingdom hosting where data residency matters.

03

Sprint delivery

Two-week sprints with working software at the end of each, so you see progress instead of status reports.

04

QA & security

Automated tests, code review and a security pass covering authentication, access control and dependency risk.

05

Deploy & operate

CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and alerting, plus an SLA-backed support plan once you are live.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make my invoicing system ZATCA compliant?
Phase 2 compliance means your system generates invoices as UBL 2.1 XML, signs them with a cryptographic stamp, adds the Phase 2 QR code and connects to ZATCA's Fatoora platform through its API. B2B (standard) invoices must be cleared before they reach the buyer, and B2C (simplified) invoices reported within 24 hours. Either connect your system to a ZATCA-approved provider, or integrate it directly; we do both.
Which ZATCA wave am I in?
It depends on your VAT-subject revenue. Wave 24 covered businesses above SAR 375,000 with a 30 June 2026 deadline, and Wave 25 drops the threshold to SAR 187,500 with an integration deadline of 1 February 2027. ZATCA notifies each taxpayer, and the date is shown in your Fatoora portal.
Do you build ZATCA-compliant POS systems?
Yes. We build or integrate POS for shops and restaurants that issue simplified tax invoices with the Phase 2 QR code, report them to ZATCA, work offline and sync when the connection returns, and take mada, Apple Pay and STC Pay.
Are you an Odoo implementation partner in Saudi Arabia?
We implement and customise Odoo for Saudi companies, including Arabic invoices, VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing, but we are an independent implementer, not an official Odoo partner. If you specifically need a certified partner for licensing, we will say so up front.
What is the best ERP software for a small business in Saudi Arabia?
For most companies with under 50 staff, a cloud ERP with built-in ZATCA e-invoicing (Odoo, or a Saudi SaaS such as Qoyod or Wafeq for accounting-led needs) beats a custom build. Custom ERP makes sense when your workflow is your advantage, for example trading companies with unusual pricing, credit or warehouse rules.
Can you build an ERP for my trading company in Riyadh?
Yes. Trading and distribution is the most common ERP brief we see: purchasing and import costing, multi-warehouse stock, customer-specific prices, credit limits, sales reps ordering on mobile, and ZATCA invoices. We work remotely from Kozhikode, India, on Saudi working hours and quote in SAR after a scoping call.
How much does ERP or ZATCA integration cost?
It is quoted per project. A ZATCA integration for an existing system is a much smaller job than a full ERP rollout, and the main cost drivers are the number of modules, data migration from your current system, and integrations with stores, banks and carriers.
