Built with.

How we work.

01

Technical discovery

We map requirements, data models, integrations and compliance needs before estimating a single sprint.

02

Architecture

We choose the stack, infrastructure and hosting region, including in-Kingdom hosting where data residency matters.

03

Sprint delivery

Two-week sprints with working software at the end of each, so you see progress instead of status reports.

04

QA & security

Automated tests, code review and a security pass covering authentication, access control and dependency risk.

05

Deploy & operate

CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and alerting, plus an SLA-backed support plan once you are live.

Frequently asked questions

Does clinic management software in Saudi Arabia need NPHIES integration?
Yes, if the clinic bills insurance. NPHIES, run by the Council of Health Insurance, is mandatory for licensed providers and handles eligibility checks, pre-authorisation and claims. Software that only does internal billing will leave you with delayed or rejected reimbursements.
Do you build school management systems for Saudi schools?
Yes: admissions, fee collection with mada and ZATCA invoices, attendance, timetables, grades and a bilingual parent app. We scope how the system fits alongside the Ministry of Education's Noor platform rather than duplicating it.
Which restaurant POS system is best in Riyadh?
For a single café, an off-the-shelf POS such as Foodics is usually the right call. A custom POS makes sense for groups that need their own ordering app, kitchen display logic, central kitchen stock or reporting across many branches. Either way it must issue ZATCA Phase 2 invoices.
Do you build logistics and shipping software for GCC companies?
Yes. Shipment and order management, driver apps with proof of delivery and COD collection, customer tracking pages, and integrations with the carriers you already use.
Do you build CRM software for real estate companies in the UAE?
Yes. A real estate CRM that pulls leads from property portals, your website and WhatsApp, tracks listings, viewings and deals, and gives managers one pipeline across agents. Off-the-shelf CRMs fit many brokers; we build when your process does not fit theirs.
Do you build HR and payroll software for Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Payroll has to produce the Mudad Wage Protection System file every month, reconcile with GOSI, and calculate end-of-service benefits. We build that into custom HR systems or integrate it with the one you already use.
How much does industry-specific software cost?
It is quoted per project after a short discovery phase. The cost drivers are the number of user roles, government and insurer integrations such as NPHIES, ZATCA or Mudad, and whether you need a mobile app as well as the web system.
